The facilities were extremely clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The beachside location was perfect for a relaxing and luxurious experience. The on-site restaurants offered gourmet dishes with high attention to detail. The service from the butlers was exceptional, making our stay top-tier.

Banal beach and lots of seaweed during our visit. The bed is too soft for fragile backs, a lot of outdoor events such as weddings, a little too intrusive.

The rooms are absolutely stunning, with comfy beds, a luxurious bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. As a frequent business traveler, I felt truly pampered and relaxed.

I personally found the free international calls and messages a bit unnecessary for a business trip, but I can see how others might find it useful.

Super bedding very nice spacious suite very nice pools varied and correct food! Many staff and available royal breakfast a lot of choice We had a very good stay we had taken 2 suites for us and one for our daughter adjoining the top!

The beach with too much seaweed! Almost impossible to swim at the edge without having algae on your body! Many restaurants available but too much waiting in the evening in some of them! Not big enough!

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities, particularly the Spa & wellness centre , exceeded our expectations. the sun terrace was a personal favorite, and the beachfront location made for stunning sunset views. the immaculate attention to detail from the staff was greatly appreciated, making us feel incredibly well taken care of. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and exceeded our expectations, as did the poolside snack bar, which was well, stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. the restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options for breakfast.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the lack of nightly entertainment options. Although the entertainment that was provided was impressive , we would have preferred more variety, especially considering the luxurious setting and our high expectations of the hotel.

The hotel offered breathtaking views and beautiful decor, making the stay visually appealing. the staff, particularly the maids, waiters, and concierge, were kind. the resort provided a variety of activities and entertainment options, such as water aerobics, dance lessons, and Tequila tasting.

The dining experience at the Bluewater Grill was disappointing, with cold and tasteless steaks. the manager's attempts to rectify the issue were also unsatisfactory.

Chose this hotel for a town hall meeting and the 5-star all-inclusive provided a seamless experience, with excellent service and amenities catering to both business and leisure travelers.

One service that could have improved the experience for work purposes was the lack of a dedicated business center with comprehensive facilities and support.

Always return for the weekend. Staff recommended great dining spots. With Wi-Fi, beach access, pool, game room, and more. In-room breakfast, express check-in/ -out, and no smoking makes it a top choice every time.

Unlimited Luxury Inclusions. Stepping into the Unlimited Luxury Inclusions at the hotel was like finding a treasure trove of surprises at every turn. With a swift wave of the magic resort wand, I could indulge in endless fine dining with international dishes galore, unwind in the calming embrace of the full-service spa, and quench my thirst with a vast wine wall boasting 4,500 bottles. It felt like I stepped into a wonderland of luxury that catered to my every whim.

The VIP/Preferred guest package is worth it. Our butler, Raquel, pampered us all week with personalized service. The Mexican restaurant's guacamole was the best we've ever had. The hotel beach is amazing.

We enjoyed delicious meals at the classy restaurants, and had a blast at the sports bar. The tequila tasting event was a unique and memorable experience. Our room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the beach. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and a beautiful beach.

The only downside was the inconsistent wait times for restaurants and the difficulty in securing pool chairs during peak times.

Luxurious resort experience. Excellent pool facilities and attentive pool servers. High-quality food at all restaurants and great drinks. Housekeeping provides great cleaning service with nice nightly additions. Friendly and accommodating staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

The facilities were top-notch with a variety of delicious restaurants and a fantastic sports bar for watching the NBA finals. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. The beach, while windy and rainy at times, was still beautiful and easily accessible. an amazing stay for a light sleeper like myself.

My stay at Secrets was absolutely incredible! I spent a week here for a relaxing getaway, and it was perfect. The staff was attentive and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view from my Deluxe room on the 10th floor. The bathroom was impressive, with a large shower and separate toilet area. I also loved the fact that the TV had a variety of channels and even Netflix capabilities. The hotel also offered amazing dining experiences, with all the restaurants I tried being top-notch. Secrets provided a truly 5-star experience.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with a little convenience store located nearby, and the restaurant served some delicious food options. The room and bathroom were luxurious, and the service from the staff was top-notch. The breakfast had fresh juices, and the view of the ocean from the room was breathtaking. the spa was heavenly, and the coffee and pastry bar were great facilities to have.

The hotel was stunning, with a grand entrance and a welcoming glass of champagne. We felt like royalty throughout our stay. The room on the 19th floor had breathtaking views of the beach and was always clean. The mini fridge offered a variety of drinks. The beach and pools were beautiful, and the waiter service was excellent. The BBQ by the pools was delicious, and the restaurants, especially Nebolio and Bluewater Grill, served amazing food. The Red Piano bar was a great place for cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. The entertainment, especially the il Divo and Jersey Boys tributes, was fantastic. The 24-hour room service was a convenient feature.

The staff at the restaurant Dragon made our dinner on our honeymoon extra special with their incredible dessert and fire show. the beautiful clear and clean beach was one of the best parts of the resort. Perfect for a romantic escape. the service at the pool area, especially from Alipio, was fantastic. Always attentive and checking if we needed anything.

The Bluewater Grill restaurant had terrible service and the food was not enjoyable. We had to wait for a long time to be seated and even then, we were not offered water or bread.

I had an incredible experience staying at an all-inclusive resort down a beautiful coast line. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing four swimming pools and a stunning view of the beach. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Lastly, the cleanliness of the resort was outstanding and the breakfast provided excellent fare.

The daily activities, such as scuba diving and cycling, were thrilling and perfectly organized. The staff's courteous and accommodating nature made our experience exceptional.

My wife says that she wished there were more child-friendly activities available for families visiting the hotel.

The hotel's decor is just exquisite, with elegant teak wood furnishings that give a feeling of warmth and luxury. The general areas are beautifully designed, and the accessibility for senior people is comfortable, with wide, well-lit corridors and easily accessible elevators.

It would be nice if they could add more ramps for the children working there to help senior guests move around more easily.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets the Vine in Cancun and it was truly one of the best luxury hotels I've ever experienced. the elegance, cleanliness, and well-equipped facilities exceeded my expectations. the gym had a variety of machines and the view of the turquoise sea while running or cycling was absolutely breathtaking. the pools were spacious and despite the number of guests, it never felt overcrowded. the food at the different restaurants was exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that tasted incredible. the staff, including Angelys, Luis, Marvel, Ixchel. Our spacious room had a lovely view and a huge terrace, along with amenities like a Nespresso machine and a complimentary minibar. the beach area was clean and there was even a decorative Cancun sign right on the beach, saving us the trouble of waiting in line at the official sign elsewhere. Lastly, the evening entertainment programs, featuring singers, pianists, and violinists.

Just one minor hiccup, but nothing major. The transportation was a complete disaster, but hey, secrets was quick to fix their mess.
